Shri Kishore Kumar Mehrotra, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, MECON Ltd and patron BHU Alumni Association, Ranchi has been conferred with "Distinguished Alumnus Award 2012" by Deptt. of Metallurgical Engineering, IIT BHU, Varanasi on 14^th December, 2012 for his significant achievements in the field of design, technology evaluation, process selection and optimization in Iron & Steel. Shri Mehrotra is 113^th recipient of this prestigious award, which is being given each year to an alumni for his outstanding achievement.
